Delivery

All products you order from us come with a shipping fee of £5 (FREE shipping for orders over £200). The delivery time is guaranteed between two and three business days, but in most cases you will receive your order within four calendar days. When your order and payment are confirmed before 1PM, your parcel can be delivered the next working day. This delivery cost is £10.

We provide tracking numbers Monday through Friday before 1PM. If you do not have an email address, you can contact our Customer Service Department to get the most recent updates on your order; we'll send you a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a link so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

This ensures that your order is 100% discreet and confidential as it will only contain your name and shipping address.

If your order is incomplete, does not arrive on time, arrives damaged or does not work, we will reship. If you encounter any issues with your order within 7 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department to get them resolved as soon as possible.
